Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Legal Counsel to join our fast-paced and forward-thinking Legal team, supporting the Technology & Transformation division. This is a rare opportunity for a junior lawyer (approx. 2–3 years PQE) to join a high-performing team working at the heart of an innovative, tech-driven business.

You will be exposed to a broad range of legal issues and business areas, with the opportunity to develop your legal and commercial skills alongside senior lawyers who are committed to mentoring and supporting your progression. The role offers real scope to grow and contribute to exciting developments in AI, digital transformation, and legal operations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide support on a variety of technology, commercial, and transformation-related legal matters.
• Assist in the implementation of legal systems and tools, including AI-based solutions.
• Draft and manage legal precedents and contribute to knowledge management and training initiatives.
• Work closely with senior lawyers to develop robust legal processes that support operational efficiency.
• Engage with cross-functional teams including Tech, Product, and Operations to proactively identify legal risks and support strategic projects.
• Contribute to ongoing innovation efforts, including digital legal transformation and automation.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally from a leading private practice firm or fast-paced in-house legal team.
• Background in commercial, TMT, or technology law.
• Interest in legal operations, AI tools, and legal tech.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• A genuine appetite to learn, grow, and contribute to a purpose-led, dynamic organisation.
