Your new company
Your new organisation is a growing, yet extremely well-established technology business. The role is within a very collaborative team of personable yet professional individuals. You will gain international exposure and be heavily involved in contract negotiations at all levels.

Your new role
The role will focus on the commercial elements of an in-house position, primarily drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including master agreements, SaaS, PaaS, and other technology contracts. You will also be involved in stakeholder management and some data protection. There will be opportunities to participate in special projects of interest, including M&A if desired. The team is small, collaborative, and comprised of impressive legal professionals.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a UK-qualified lawyer, ideally with 2–4 years of experience (guideline only). You must be very comfortable with commercial contracts, preferably within the technology sector, and capable of working in a globally matrixed environment.
