Role

The organization seeks an enthusiastic and tenacious commercial lawyer with 3 – 6 PQE to join their fast-paced EMEA team. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the EMEA team with a broad range of legal matters including commercial, corporate, intellectual property, and data protection.
• Advising and providing counsel to international stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, trade development, HR, finance, and legal teams.
• Reviewing, updating, and implementing procedures and policies to provide legal services and mitigate risks.
• Ensuring legal compliance across all areas.

• Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 depending on PQE level.
