Job summary

Arbuthnot Yon Ltd, a FTSE 100 organisation with a Midlands HQ, is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel (2-5 PQE) to join its established team. The role offers exposure to high-quality commercial work and significant renewables projects.

You will advise on commercial contracts, partner with commercial and operational stakeholders, and contribute to a wide range of legal matters across the business. Hybrid working is on offer with at least three days in the office, in a supportive, development‑driven

Qualifications

• 2-5 PQE in in-house/commercial law.
• Experience with renewables projects is a plus.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the organisation's expanding renewables and commercial business on projects.
• Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, including large-scale and complex agreements.
• Partner closely with commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Contribute to a variety of wider legal matters across the business.
• Midlands-based HQ with additional regional sites.

A leading FTSE 100 organisation is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel (2-5 PQE) to join its well-established and highly regarded in-house legal team. This is a newly created role offering exposure to high-quality commercial work and significant renewables and strategic commercial projects.

The Role
