Job description

This is an in-house commercial lawyer opportunity, working for a well-known law firm on a dedicated client. Although employed by the law firm, you will be part of a large team of lawyers acting as in-house commercial counsel for the client. This is a permanent, fully remote role that can be based anywhere in the UK. Candidates should have 1-5 PQE.

The work involves commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing agreements, and 3P supplier arrangements. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts, and providing advice on related queries. You will collaborate closely with the team and the in-house legal function.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with a broad range of commercial contracts

The salary ranges from £55,000 to £70,000 plus bonus. The role can also be part-time if preferred.
