Job summary

Graff Search is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team in London. The role will focus on general commercial matters with exposure to tech, e-commerce, IP and data privacy, suitable for a lawyer with a broad commercial contracts background and experience in consumer/retail environments.

Based in Central London with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office), you will work closely with the business to navigate commercial agreements, risk and governance in a fast-paced growth

Qualifications

• A broad general commercial contracts background is key.
• Experience acting for or with consumer/retail businesses is beneficial.
• Experience in tech/digital and data privacy would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, including key supplier and customer agreements.
• Provide advice on data privacy, IP, tech and e-commerce matters.
• Support governance, risk management and broader corporate matters for a growing retail tech business.

The role will be largely general commercial with tech and e-commerce, IP and data privacy as well as corporate, risk and governance matters.
