Job summary

Graff Search is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its growing retail tech team. This role will focus on general commercial contracts, with exposure to tech, e-commerce, IP and data privacy, in a fast-paced environment.

You will advise on corporate, risk and governance matters and collaborate closely with business teams in a growth-focused company based in Central London, with a hybrid arrangement of three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Broad general commercial contracts background.
• Experience with consumer/retail clients is desirable.
• Knowledge of tech, digital and data privacy is a plus.

The Opportunity

The business is now looking for a Legal Counsel to join its small and growing legal team. The position will best suit an individual who is comfortable working directly with the business, who has a keen interest in the retail sector and who enjoys variety.

The role will be largely general commercial with tech and e-commerce, IP and data privacy as well as corporate, risk and governance matters.

About You

A broad general commercial contracts background is key, most likely with experience acting for or working with a consumer business or a retail business. Additional experience in tech and digital as well as data privacy would be useful.
