Job summary

Taylor Root is partnering with a leading organisation in the energy and infrastructure sector to appoint a Legal Counsel to support major commercial projects, corporate matters, real estate work and company secretarial activities. You will lead on complex commercial contracts, gain exposure to energy, infrastructure and real estate matters, and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years PQE and the ability to deliver practical, commercial legal

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 1+ year PQE.
• Experience handling commercial contracts.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
