Foster + Partners in London is seeking a Legal Counsel to support high-profile design and construction projects. You will provide commercially focused advice, navigate complex contracts, and contribute to dispute resolution across an international portfolio.

You will collaborate with commercial, design and project teams, taking ownership of contract reviews, negotiations, and risk management while developing expertise in both contentious and non-contentious construction matters within a globally

Competenze

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent with experience in construction law.
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.

As a Legal Counsel at Foster + Partners, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of some of the world's most ambitious and high-profile design and construction projects. Working alongside a collaborative team of legal professionals and industry experts, you'll provide commercially focused legal advice, navigate complex contractual matters, and contribute to dispute resolution activities across an international portfolio.
