Job description

We’re seeking experienced legal cashiers with at least 1 year of previous cashiering experience to join our dynamic team. As a Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for managing various client sites and performing the full range of cashiering duties for each.

This role offers diversity and daily challenges, fostering job satisfaction. It’s a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to handle a varied workload, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all accounting transactions according to departmental procedures and regulatory standards for your assigned clients and additional sites as needed.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including management reports, bank reports, client balance reports, and reconciliation reports for LAA and VAT.
• Communicate with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and provide suggestions.
• Immediately escalate any issues or potential issues related to clients or procedures to your manager.
• Support and train new or existing staff as directed by your manager.
• Perform any other duties reasonably requested by your manager.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• At least 1 year of experience as a legal cashier with knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
