Job summary

Qualifications

Job Description:

One Ten Associates is partnering with a leading law firm seeking to hire an Associate/Senior Associate to join their Finance practice based in Slough.

The finance practice offers legal advice on various financing areas including fund finance, real estate finance, structured finance, CLOs, asset finance, restructuring, and more.

We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate level lawyer with experience in a law firm's finance practice. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-5 years PQE for Associate and 5-7 years PQE for Senior Associate.

Applicants must have experience providing legal advice in accordance with offshore law, specifically in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, or Ireland.
