Pertemps Bond is seeking a proactive Legal Assistant to join their busy property team. This full-time, permanent role focuses on residential conveyancing with opportunities for career development in a supportive environment.

You will handle file opening, client onboarding, due diligence, searches, and post-completion processes while liaising with clients and third parties. A strong communicator with organisational prowess will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing as a Legal Assistant, Conveyancing Assistant, or similar role.
• Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
• Positive and team-focused approach.
