Job summary

You will work within a department providing support while undergoing professional legal training and meeting UK government funding criteria for apprenticeships.

Qualifications

• GCSE English Language at least 6
• GCSE Mathematics at least 6
• Three A‑Levels with grades ABB

Responsibilities

• Provide general and confidential support to the department and assist with general legal enquiries.
• Deal with first line enquiries in person, by phone and by email.
• Assist with organisation and co-ordination of formal court documentation and bundles for court hearings.
• Draft simple legal documents using standard templates with legal guidance.
• Assist with maintenance and accuracy of the legal case management system and file keeping.
• Assist with collation and provision of information and statistical data as required.
• Assist with legal research.
• Greet visitors and clients and provide refreshments for client meetings.
• Book meeting rooms
