Do you have undergrad or postgrad qualifications in law with experience in private law matters? Do you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for our phone based legal advisor role at RAC Legal Services based in our iconic RAC building in North Bristol .

RAC Legal Services is part of the RAC group, one of the most recognised brands in the UK. We provide accurate, initial legal advice and assistance to our RAC and Corporate partner customers by telephone on a range of private law matters, such as personal injury, consumer rights, employment law, wills and probate.

As a phone based legal advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Offering positive resolutions over the phone, including policy application and guidance on all products provided by and/or serviced by RAC Legal Services
  • Providing high quality legal advice on a range of legal matters, predominantly through the telephone legal advice line
  • Working within agreed service levels and quality standards
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and case law

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum qualification of LLB (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • A customer-focused approach
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A competitive salary of up to £28,000 per year (depending on experience)
