What will you be doing?

You will be the backbone of our legal department, ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting legal professionals with essential daily tasks. Think of yourself as the trusted right hand to our legal team, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Your administrative skills and excellent people skills will enable you to provide clerical support to our employment department. Typical duties include managing client onboarding, opening new files, running reports, file administration, event management, chasing purchase orders, and raising invoices. Supporting Fee Earners with bundle preparation for hearings, typing attendance notes, and legal letters will also be part of your role.

What do I need?

If you are hardworking, well-organized, enjoy working as part of a successful team, and can also work independently using your initiative, we can help you build a rewarding legal career with HF! Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, or similar role.

A good knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and processes, along with competence in case management software and finance systems, would be highly beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks easily are essential.
