Are you an experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail and coordination skills?

If so, we have an exciting part-time (20 hours per week) opportunity to join our Legal team, ideally starting September 2025!

About The Role

We are seeking a Legal Administrator to provide essential administrative support to Perspectum’s three in-house lawyers. You will play a key part in managing a range of specialist administrative tasks to ensure the team operates efficiently. To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised and detail-oriented with a keen interest in legal administration and operations.

Responsibilities focus on the following key areas:

  • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of legal documentation and task management.
  • Administering contract drafts and templates.
  • Working with colleagues across the business to ensure the Legal team’s operations support the business effectively.
  • Coordinating records, minutes, and action logs for Board and Board Committee and internal committees.

This role is suited for a part-time arrangement of 20 hours per week. Ideally, we would like someone to work Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm; however, there is some flexibility around this. The desired start date is September 2025.

About You

This is a hands-on administrative position, perfect for someone who thrives in keeping things running smoothly, documentation in order, and deadlines on track.

Experience in supporting legal teams or working with legal documentation is highly desirable. This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a friendly, collaborative team and play a key part in maintaining smooth administrative operations.
