Role Overview

Location: Milton Keynes (On-site, not city centre)
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 DOE
Type: Full Time - Permanent
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts with accuracy and security, monitoring and allocating incoming funds
  • Process high-value, time-sensitive payments promptly and accurately
  • Maintain client accounts by verifying billable items and reviewing completion statements
  • Reconcile invoices, bill clients, and manage transactions in Xero
  • Regularly review client balances and report business write-offs
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in a similar accounts role, especially handling high-value payments
  • Ability to work independently with integrity and high standards
  • High attention to detail and effective task prioritization
  • Experience with Xero preferred but not essential
  • Finance qualifications beneficial but not required
