Responsibilities

• Update Tracker with file allocations and court dates.
• Draft routine court documents.
• Liaise with courts and other parties to progress cases.
• Request and provide updates and handle mandates.
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions.

Skills

Experience working in a legal environment

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently

IT literate and proficient in MS Office

Experience using a claims/case management system

Education

GCSE grade A‑C in Maths and English or equivalent
