Job summary

Antares Global is seeking an experienced Legacy Reinsurance Manager to own all outbound reinsurance activities for the Legacy division across multiple entities. You will govern outward reinsurance, manage debt recovery, and provide timely MI to senior stakeholders, including board-level discussions where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in outwards reinsurance administration and practices.
• CII qualifications including LIT preferred.
• Good understanding of reinsurance contract terminology.

Responsibilities

• Be the Ceded Representative at Legacy meetings and provide direction on forthcoming matters.
• Prepare outward reinsurance accounts and statements for proportional and non-proportional reinsurance.
• Monitor aged debt, reinsurance recoveries and cash flow; provide MI to stakeholders.
• Assist with calculations for premiums, losses, profit commissions and portfolio transfers.
• Coordinate with claims, legal and underwriting teams as required.
• Ensure compliance with Conduct Risk, GDPR and Lloyd’s standards; support governance.
• Contribute to process improvements and manage minor projects through to completion.
