About the role This is a varied leadership role combining strategic thinking, people management, project delivery, and leadership of a team responsible for case management, audit and operations. You'll contribute to divisional and team planning, turning strategy into action by leading projects that improve our processes, performance and effectiveness. You'll also lead a team responsible for the management of Legacy Officers and Legacy Income Assistants, delivery of the internal team audit, and progression of the team plan, creating an environment where people feel supported, empowered and able to deliver their best work.
