Plumb Centre in Leeds is seeking an Operations Assistant to support warehousing, packing and dispatch. The role includes occasionally driving a 3.5t van and helping across the branch to meet customer needs.

The position is permanent, full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm with a 1 hour break. Applicants should have warehouse experience and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is essential.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Able to handle a physically demanding job.

Responsibilities

• Working within the warehouse picking/packing goods.
• Driving the 3.5t van when required.
• Putting away deliveries into allocated areas.
• Assisting the team in all areas of the branch including the trade counter and where needed to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Manual handling and using lifting equipment.
