The role combines people leadership with commercial responsibility, overseeing project delivery to programme and budget, supporting forecasting and invoicing, and ensuring CDM compliance while growing

Qualifications

• Significant consultancy experience leading civil projects.
• Strong highways, drainage and development infrastructure expertise.
• Experience managing teams and supporting growth.
• Chartered or Incorporated status desirable.
• Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver civil engineering schemes to programme and budget.
• Act as principal client contact across Yorkshire projects.
• Grow and manage a Leeds-based civil engineering team.
• Support forecasting, invoicing and business planning.
• Provide senior technical oversight and CDM compliance.
