Job summary

Tempest Jones in Leeds is recruiting an Associate or Associate Director Electrical Engineer to lead complex building services projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, own client relationships and help shape growth of the Leeds office while mentoring engineers.

Based from modern Leeds offices with hybrid working, you will influence project delivery from inception to completion across commercial, education, healthcare, rail and public sectors, and contribute to strategic leadership.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership of electrical building services projects.
Strong client-facing experience and ability to develop long-term relationships.
Mentoring and developing engineers as the team grows.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of complex electrical building services projects from concept to completion.
Act as Project Leader across multidisciplinary design teams.
Build trusted client relationships and be a primary contact during delivery.
Support business development and identify opportunities for repeat/new business.
Mentor engineers as the Leeds team expands.
Ensure high technical and commercial standards on projects.
Shape the future growth of the Leeds Building Services team.
