Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, 9am-5.30pm, Monday-Thursday & 9am-5pm on Friday.
About the role
Churchill Estates Management (CEM) is currently recruiting for a Service Charge Ledger Supervisor within the Accounts & Finance Department. Based at our Head Office in Ringwood, you will oversee the management of the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and Credit Control functions.
The Supervisor manages a small team responsible for daily invoice processing, weekly payment runs, and ad hoc tasks such as updating supplier bank details. You will ensure that leasehold Service Charges and Ground Rent demands are raised and issued promptly, in line with company procedures, and that all Direct Debit Mandates comply with legislation. You will oversee daily transactions by the Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerks and manage debt recovery procedures.
About you
We seek a customer-focused, confident communicator with excellent organisational skills, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a busy, collaborative environment. Previous supervisory or team-leader experience is essential.
Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial as you will handle large amounts of numerical data. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level is required. You should have a minimum of GCSE grade C/5 or equivalent in Maths and English Language. Experience with Qube Property Management System is advantageous.
