Job summary

CLFIS Limited is seeking a Financial Reporting and Change Manager to be the subject matter expert for ledger integrity, accounting architecture, and the implementation of complex accounting requirements.

The role ensures transactions are reflected in the general ledger with robust controls, while bridging commercial activity, accounting standards and operational finance delivery. Leadership of a small specialist team is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of ledger accounting and governance requirements.
• Experience producing technical accounting papers and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity and governance of the general ledger structure and accounting architecture.
• Lead operational implementation of accounting change through finance systems and processes.
• Develop accounting rule frameworks and mapping logic across finance systems.
• Drive data quality, reporting improvements and control effectiveness.
