Key responsibilities:

1. Plan teaching, learning, and assessment for college programmes using the appropriate college format to ensure effective learning.
2. Deliver teaching and learning to an outstanding standard to ensure learners achieve high success rates.
3. Undertake 4-week and 15-week reviews with new team members.
4. Work with MIS to continually monitor, amend, and maintain correct information on Pro-solution. Ensure that learner assessments are evenly distributed across the academic year and that staff within your department are regularly and accurately marking learner work and providing feedback.
5. Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults you are responsible for or come into contact with.

Requirements:

1. A recognised teaching qualification
2. Teaching experience in Social Science or Business
3. A degree or equivalent/professional qualification in a relevant discipline
