Job Role: Teacher / Instructor

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: £18,527 - £28,881 per annum, 0.6FTE (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Hours and weeks: 21 Hours

Contract Type: Term time only, 40 weeks a year - from GCSE results day to Mid-July

Contract Term: Fixed Term

Position Start Date: Autumn Term

The Role:

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Lecturer in Business Studies to join us, teaching on our A level Business curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop the curriculum in line with national requirements, assist in developing student-centred, inspiring teaching and learning strategies to contribute to increased retention, achievement, and progression. Provide regular feedback to students as outlined in the College Charter, offering group and individual tutorial support to maximize their course benefits.

Who You Are:

With a relevant degree (or equivalent) and a teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards this), the successful candidate must have proven experience in teaching and preparing relevant materials. An awareness of the pastoral and academic needs of students from diverse backgrounds and a commitment to inclusive education are essential.
