An Ofsted-rated Good college in Greater Manchester is seeking a Multi-Skills Construction Lecturer to join their growing team. The Role

As a Multi-Skills Construction Lecturer, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in construction disciplines, to learners of varying abilities
• Share your industry expertise to equip students with the essential skills, knowledge, and techniques for success in the construction industry
• Monitor and support learners progress to ensure they reach their full potential
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant learning environment, both in the workshop and classroom
• Contribute to curriculum development and ensure high-quality delivery of the programme

What We re Looking For
Ideally you will be:

• A qualified lecturer in a construction subject
• Ability to teach across multiple construction disciplines
• Possess a recognised teaching qualification (TQ)

We also welcome applications those who have:

• Professional experience in the construction industry
• Skills in more than one trade (plumbing and/or brickwork particularly desirable, though other trades will be considered)
• Hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
• Willingness to obtain a teaching qualification, with support provided
• Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to commencement of employment
