As a Multi-Skill Lecturer, you will:

- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across a range of construction disciplines, including carpentry, plumbing, brickwork, and more.

- Inspire students with practical, hands-on learning and industry insights that prepare them for real-world success.

- Support learners in achieving their aspirations, whether they’re preparing for apprenticeships, further education, or skilled careers.

- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to continually improve the student experience.

What We’re Looking For:

- Professional experience in one or more construction disciplines (multi-trade experience is a bonus!).

- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring learners to achieve their best.

- A willingness to work towards a teaching qualification if you don’t already have one – we’ll support you every step of the way!

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
