Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 5 pm Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Unqualified Lecturer Salary (P25-P27 £30,348.15 - £32,186.70) Qualified Lecturer Salary L5 and above (P27-P35 £32,186.70 - £40,015.50)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inclusive Personal Development Lecturer to deliver high-quality, preventative group tutorials for learners within our Construction Skills area at the Radstock campus. This role is central to ensuring consistent, compliant and engaging Personal Development delivery across one of our key vocational pathways.
You will teach group tutorials, contextualise centrally produced PD materials, and support enrichment, campaigns and wider PD activity. The role also includes agreed weekly enrichment support, helping to strengthen learner participation, wellbeing and inclusion.
This position is ideal for someone with strong facilitation skills and a background in youth work, pastoral support, counselling, mentoring or other holistic roles, or someone ready to develop within a supportive, values-driven team.
