Chichester College Group is seeking a Lecturer in Electrical to join our dynamic Construction team. You will deliver high-quality teaching and practical training, support learner achievement and progression, and help develop industry-ready skills in Electrical Installation.

• Monitor learner progress, provide timely feedback and implement effective interventions to improve attendance, achievement and progression outcomes.
• Develop strong links with employers and industry partners, contributing to curriculum innovation and ensuring programmes reflect current industry standards and workforce needs.
