Job summary

Global Banking School is seeking a full-time Lecturer to teach on the HND in Digital Technologies (England) programme. The role requires teaching flexibility across weekdays, evenings and weekends, on-site in Greenford, West London, with occasional East London campus attendance.

You will deliver modules on Big Data, Cyber Security, Networking, Programming, IoT and more, creating materials and assessing students. A Master’s degree and UK HE lecturing experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
• UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area.
• Demonstrable knowledge in two or more areas: Programming, Cloud Computing, Networking, Cyber Security, IoT, Big Data, Digital Transformation, Internet of Things, Digital Sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess student work to meet learning outcomes.
• Develop, update, and improve course materials.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials.
• Engage in staff development activities and administrative duties.
• Stay updated with developments in the field and student support practices.
• Support student attendance, progression, and outcomes.
