Global Banking School in Leeds is seeking a full-time Lecturer to teach on the HND in Digital Technologies for England (Cyber Security) programme, with delivery across weekdays, evenings and weekends. The role requires a Masters in a relevant subject and UK HE lecturing experience.

You will cover modules on Big Data, Cyber Security, Networking, Programming, IoT and more, develop course materials, assess students and support their progression. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable).
• UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area.
• Knowledge of two or more areas such as programming, cybersecurity, networks, AI/ML, cloud computing, or databases.
• Experience supervising student work and providing feedback; accurate reporting and record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Plan, deliver, and assess student work to meet learning outcomes.
• Develop, update, and improve course materials.
• Use diverse teaching methods and materials.
• Engage in staff development, peer observations, and administrative duties.
• Keep up to date with developments in the field and student support practices.
