Qualifications

  • PGCE or recognised full teaching qualification (or working towards).

Lecturer in Care & Early Years – Maternity Cover

Salary: £31,925 to £40,640 pro rata
£15,962 to £20,320 actual salary

Hours: 18.5 hours per week

Location: Wakefield College

Please note, this role is for Maternity Cover and will be fixed term until approximately December 2026/January 2027

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed Care & Early Years Lecturer to join our team, where you will provide outstanding teaching to ensure that all our learners succeed and achieve their highest potential. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed.

You will have:
