A UK educational institution is offering a maternity cover position for a Lecturer in Care & Early Years in Wakefield. We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed Care & Early Years Lecturer to join our team, where you will provide outstanding teaching to ensure that all our learners succeed and achieve their highest potential. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed.
You will have:
Note: GCSE in Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
PGCE or recognised full teaching qualification (or working towards)
Degree in Childcare/Early Years or other related discipline
Experience of working in the Early Years sector
Experience of teaching Childcare/Early Years or similar level 1-3 qualifications
Apply teaching and learning practices to support learners to succeed; work to promote high standards of behaviour, motivation and learner achievement; collaborate effectively as part of a team to support student outcomes.
