Regent College London is seeking an experienced Lecturer in Business to join our academic team. You will design, develop and deliver teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, with on-campus delivery and involvement in assessment and quality assurance.

You will lead modules, support students, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and learning outcomes. Flexibility to travel to all campus locations is required, with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

The Role

As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging teaching across undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) business programmes.You will support student both on campus, contribute to assessment and quality assurance processes, and actively engage in scholarship and continuous curriculum enhancement to ensure an excellent learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in line with curriculum standards

Essential:

• A Master's degree in a relevant business-related field
• Experience teaching in Higher Education, with strong digital teaching capability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HE quality assurance and validation processes
• A flexible, student-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement
• Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification (if not already held)

Desirable:

• PhD (or near completion) or equivalent industry experience
• Research or enterprise activity involvement
• Teaching qualification (FHEA, SHEA, PGCAP, AHEA)
• Experience leading modules or academic teams
