Brooksby College is seeking a Lecturer in Brickwork to deliver across the full range of the department's provision at Brooksby College. A passion for innovation and embedding new technologies in learning is welcomed.

You will plan and use a range of effective teaching and learning techniques, support learners through their programme and undertake tutorial and pastoral roles. A teaching qualification is preferred or you will work towards DTLLS/PGCE.

Competenze

• Possess or be willing to work towards a teaching and assessing qualification
• Experience to the minimum industry standards required for teaching, with recent experience working in the relevant industry
• Up to date knowledge of the subject/vocational area
• Work based learning experience
• If you do not already possess one, obtain a DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent

Mansioni

• Write schemes of work and lesson and review plans.
• To manage the formal assessment process to include maintenance of all assessment records
• Support learners through their programme and the specific qualification aims within.
• To devise and implement a learning and assessment plan for each individual learner.
• To undertake tutorial and pastoral roles with learners
