City of Portsmouth College is seeking an Associate Lecturer or Assessor in Brick for the North Harbour Campus on a sessional basis. The role involves delivering high-quality bricklaying instruction across Level 1–3 programmes and guiding learners to achieve their career aims.

The post is a flexible, pro-rata position with no guaranteed hours; successful applicants will contribute to curriculum delivery, assessment, and student support within the college’s collaborative teaching environment.

Formación

• Minimum level 2/3 Bricklaying qualification is required.
• At least 5 years industry experience.
• Teaching Qualification or willingness to work towards.

Responsabilidades

• To teach on a range of programmes, providing high-quality learning opportunities that meet the needs of individual students/apprentices and groups.
• To provide flexible assessment opportunities and closely plan, monitor, track and record student/apprentice retention, achievement, and success.
• To contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality curriculum and programmes, including developing new programmes and schemes of work.
