Job summary

  • Support and track student progress, ensuring all learners thrive

  • Maintain accurate records and meet administrative deadlines
  • Model the College’s FREDIE+ values in all interactions
  • Support wider college activities, including open days, enrolment and exams
  • Occasionally take part in cross-college projects in line with our strategic goals

The Opportunity

Creating a safe, inclusive environment for learners is a key part of this role. You will work closely with our Safeguarding Team and ensure any concerns are shared promptly and appropriately.

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of £32,740 – £40,342 per annum (this will be pro‑rated to reflect the hours worked), based on the skills, knowledge and experience you bring to the role.
