The University of St Andrews invites applications for a Lecturer in Early Modern/Modern Philosophy in the Department of Philosophy. You will be a scholar with a growing international research reputation and will deliver high-quality teaching across History of Philosophy.

Candidates should hold a PhD in philosophy, have excellent teaching skills, and be active in research publication. Start date is 1 September 2027; salary is Grade 7 (£47,389–£58,226 pa). Hybrid working arrangements are available.
