Sheffield Hallam University invites applications for a Lecturer in Cyber Security and Computer Networks. The post is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a strong emphasis on applied teaching and industry engagement.

The ideal candidate will have NCSC cyber security certification experience, and the ability to translate real-world consultancy into academic teaching while contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Qualifications

• NCSC certification in Cyber Security is required/strongly valued.
• Experience in industry consultancy or knowledge exchange.
• Ability to translate practical, real-world experience into teaching.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and develop undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Cyber Security and Computer Networks.
• Engage with industry through consultancy and knowledge exchange activities.
• Support regional businesses in achieving cyber resilience and capability.
• Contribute to a non-traditional, applied, project-based learning environment.
