Job summary

Codi Group in Newport is recruiting a Full-Time Project Worker for a fixed-term role at George Street until August 2027 to support young people leaving care.

You will help develop independence, life skills, and provide education, wellbeing and employment support, working with colleagues and partner agencies in a caring, person-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people is desirable.
• Experience in leaving care services is helpful.
• Ability to support education, wellbeing and life skills in a person-centred way.
