Personal Advisor Role

We are collaborating with a Local Authority in their search for two Personal Advisors to support their Care Leavers Team in Oldham!

We seek inspired and innovative individuals who can empower care leavers, building on their strengths and helping them achieve personal growth and success.

This is initially a 6-9 month agency contract, with the possibility of extension.

These are full-time positions requiring 37 hours per week.

Location: Warrington

Pay Rate: £17+ per hour. Higher rates negotiable for more experienced candidates.

Role Overview:

• Enhancing services for supported families and delivering positive outcomes for children.
• Supporting children and families in developing meaningful relationships with professionals.
• Facilitating opportunities for personal development and achievement.
• Creating a supportive environment for workers to thrive and contribute to improved outcomes.
• Implementing Restorative Practice throughout the service.
• Maintaining low caseloads, embedded supervision, and supportive management.

Required Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 in Child Care and Education, NND, or qualifications in Health or Social Care.
