Job summary

Mulberry is seeking a Product Development Support role to assist in developing Women’s Leather Goods and RTW collections from prototype through production, aligned with critical path. You will collaborate with the Product Development Team to complete BOMs, build PSS documents, and support supplier management, ensuring our high Mulberry quality and sustainability standards are upheld across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in leather/woven RTW and accessories in a technical role.
• Knowledge of Centric/ROOTLINE or similar ERP system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Development Team through the full product lifecycle from Design Brief to Showroom Sample.
• Take responsibility for the accurate bulk and production BOM completion.
• Amend BOMs for materials/styles during development to reflect all components required to manufacture.
• Support Garment tech in developing the collection to meet Mulberry quality standards.
• Build Product Specification Sheets (PSS) and update as required during development.
• Assist in lifecycle of samples and spec requirements for handover to production.
