At the core of Berkeley Living is a belief that renting should be as effortless and rewarding as possible. We remove complexity, anticipate needs, and foster welcoming environments where individuals can feel truly at home. We aim to set a new benchmark for renting – one that prioritises quality, integrity, and excellence at every stage.

Responsibilities
  • Join our centralised team to provide crucial administrative and coordination support to on-site leasing teams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lead-to-lease process and act as a centralised point of contact for all lease progression matters.
  • Manage the end-to-end application and contract process, ensuring documents and references are completed accurately and timely.
  • Support on-site teams in progression applications to leases by managing enquiries via multiple channels (email, phone).
  • Aim to achieve weekly and monthly leasing targets, supporting high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with centralised leasing and marketing teams.
  • Work closely with on-site teams, including maintenance, to ensure homes are ready for leasing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive community atmosphere.
  • Prepare and issue lease contracts with precision and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements (e.g., Right to Rent checks).
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and residents and coordinate effective communication with on-site teams.
  • Coordinate home showings, manage all incoming leads, and ensure smooth day-to-day leasing operations.
  • Support the coordination of move-ins and move-outs, delivering a positive customer experience (including inventory reporting).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience in lettings, hospitality or residential property administration.
  • Familiarity with lettings process and lease documentation (ARLA qualification would be beneficial).
  • Experience in CRM systems (Yardi would be beneficial).
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to keep processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Confident communicator with a natural flair for exceptional service.
  • Strong team player who is solution focused.
  • Pro-active, flexible and willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and excellent attention to detail.
  • Passionate about accurate reporting.
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing with service to 33 days.
  • Health and wellbeing benefits including Private Medical Insurance.
  • Lifestyle benefits including access to an online discount platform.
  • Group life assurance.

The standard default full-time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
