Job summary

The ideal candidate has solid block management experience, strong financial oversight, and excellent client relationships, with a full UK driving licence required.

• Prior experience in Block Property Management is strongly preferred.
• Property maintenance experience.
• Facilities management experience.

• Service charge budgeting experience.
• Leasehold compliance and safety regulations knowledge.
• Contractor management experience.
• Client relationship management.

• AIRPM/MIRPM qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Managing a designated leasehold property portfolio and delivering exceptional service to residents and clients.
• Setting, managing, and balancing service charge budgets.
• Overseeing Section 20 major works projects and contractor performance.
• Ensuring health & safety, fire safety, and regulatory compliance across all sites.
• Conducting regular site visits and property inspections.
• Building strong relationships with Resident Management Companies (RMCs), developers, and leaseholders.
