Job summary

WA Consultants in Exeter is seeking a proactive Leasehold Block Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments. You will work on-site, engage with residents, directors, leaseholders, and contractors, and ensure optimal operational and financial performance.

The role requires experience in leasehold/property management, strong organisation, and excellent communication to manage stakeholders and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential block or leasehold properties.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of leasehold management and service charges.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments.
• Carry out regular site inspections and produce detailed reports.
• Oversee service charge budgets, financial reporting and expenditure.
• Arrange and manage building insurance and Director's & Officer's insurance.
• Organise and attend AGMs, EGMs and resident meetings.
• Act as main contact for leaseholders, freeholders, directors and residents.
• Manage contractors and ensure works meet high standards.
• Monitor lease compliance and resolve issues as needed.
• Support with lease assignments and property sales inquiries.
• Handle complaints professionally and find practical solutions.
