Moat is expanding its Managing Agents and Owned Tenures team and is hiring three Managing Agent & Leasehold Officers to support customers across designated patches in England. Qualifications

• Leasehold or housing management experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support shared owners, leaseholders and freeholders across allocated patches.
• Provide expertise on complex leasehold issues, escalations, managing agent performance and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with neighbourhood, property and service charge teams to deliver a compliant, transparent service.
