Job summary

Moat Homes is expanding its Managing Agents and Owned Tenures team and is recruiting three Managing Agent & Leasehold Officers to support customers across designated patches. The role is permanent, 35 hours per week, with office-based work in Dartford, Ashford, Maldon or Pollards Hill and travel across the region.

You'll provide expert leasehold and property management guidance, work with partner agents and internal teams, handle complex enquiries, and drive service improvements while ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in leasehold, property management or housing environments.
• Ability to interpret leases and leasehold legislation in practice.
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex leasehold enquiries, complaints and escalations.
• Collaborate with managing agents, freeholders and internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Provide expert advice on leasehold obligations and property management matters.
• Support Section 20 consultations, service charge queries and leasehold disputes.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Support governance, building safety oversight, and customer experience improvements.
