Role Purpose
This position is full time, permanent with hybrid working.
Involved in the UK BTR sector since its inception, CBRE are entrusted to value a significant proportion of the market. We have nationwide coverage, with class-leading expertise in North.
The team has established itself as a market leader and trusted advisor within the Build to Rent sector to the leading residential investors in the UK including: Legal & General, Grainger, PIC, Heimstaden, Starlight, Gresham House, Sigma, PGIM, amongst others.
Consequently, we have unrivalled access to market data of BTR assets, enabling us to provide market-leading advice to our clients. We provide the full spectrum of services in this sector from regular valuations and loan security advice to acquisition advice and market intelligence. Working within our team offers the opportunity to gain insight into the acquisition, development, and financing of landmark and large-scale residential and mixed-use development and investment projects.
This role is responsible for the management and delivery of valuations and reporting for assets within their scope of expertise. On more complex assignments, the role will work with oversight and support from senior colleagues. The role will have accountability for the quality of the work delivered by other members of the team in the North and London.
