St Bart’s Multi Academy Trust in Birmingham seeks a capable cover assistant to provide classroom cover of up to 3 days during short-term absence. You’ll work with teachers to plan and support learning activities, supervising pupils under a qualified teacher.

You’ll help assess progress, support pupils with learning and wellbeing, and contribute to policy development. The role emphasizes safeguarding, English language support, and inclusion, with PEACE values guiding daily practice.

• Experience supporting learning in classrooms.
